Seedance — smooth. No glitches, no weird morphing, the character stays consistent. The emotion shifts gradually. This is clean.

Honestly? This is the third Battle of the Models we've done, and every single time, this round is a tie. Both tools are really good at controlled frame-to-frame transitions. Give them a start and an end, they'll get you there. Tie. Again. This round might be the most reliable test in the whole series — and the least exciting. Moving on.

Seedance — Clear as day. It's even got the reflection of the letters in the puddles on the ground. That is massive. It means the model isn't just "painting" pixels; it actually understands the characters we're asking for.

Now look at Veo. Rain is very heavy. Some purple in puddles showing reflection. But the rain dripping off the neon sign looks like goo. Not natural.

Now Veo. The marble bounces on top of the skyscraper — fine, same setup. It crunches a little on impact — that's the marble hitting something hard, I like that. And then... it becomes a bubble. It transforms. The glass marble turns into a soap bubble and floats up.

Verdict

The gap is bigger than 2-1 suggests. Here's why:

Veo's wins are more important than Seedance's win.
Round 2 (smoke from the correct body part) is a prompt accuracy test — the #1 thing creators actually need. If you say "smoke from nostrils" and get smoke from the neck, your video is unusable.
Round 5 (physics logic) is a credibility test. A marble floating upward for no reason isn't "creative" — it breaks the viewer's brain.
Seedance's Round 4 win (text rendering) is real and impressive, but it's the one category where both models are still "pretty good." Veo's text wasn't gibberish — it just wasn't as clean.

Seedance's failures are harder to work around.
